Spend less time rebuilding plans.
Bring orders, schedules and resources into one visual workspace instead of piecing together scattered spreadsheets.
Turn orders, machines, employees and materials into a clear production plan. Build schedules and improve them without complex software or endless spreadsheets.
See production as a schedule — not scattered spreadsheets. Switch between machines, materials and orders to keep everything connected.
The entire manufacturing process, line by line.
Good production plans shouldn’t take an enterprise-sized effort. Give your team a clearer picture of the day — and more confidence in what comes next.
Bring orders, schedules and resources into one visual workspace instead of piecing together scattered spreadsheets.
Account for machine availability, employees, material deliveries and changeovers while building the schedule.
Explore improved schedules and compare plan duration, waiting time and equipment idle time — without relying on guesswork.
Work in your browser, set up your own production model and explore the platform without a mandatory sales presentation.
Optimization is about choices — not magic. Compare figures from an actual ceramic demo optimization run. Some metrics improve while others can move in the opposite direction.
Time to complete the planned work.
The number of production cycles.
Aggregated waiting time across operations.
This run reduced duration but increased equipment idle time.
Figures taken from one previously reviewed LiftOrbit ceramic demo optimization screen. They are an example, not a guaranteed saving or a benchmark. The screenshot-based example and the read-only Gantt preview above are different demonstration snapshots.
Get started at your own pace. No consultants, no lengthy implementation, no mandatory calls.
Set up your processes, machines, people and materials using guided inputs or the AI assistant.
Enter your orders and constraints. The system connects the work with available resources.
Generate a visual schedule, inspect changeovers and explore ways to improve the plan.
Practical tools for everyday production planning. Designed for teams that want clarity, not another complicated system.
Understand your whole operation with a clear, interactive Gantt chart.
Keep quantities, priorities and production steps in one organized place.
Account for resource availability and work that needs specific equipment.
Plan around raw-material stock, scheduled deliveries and consumption.
Include setup times and production-specific rules in the schedule.
Generate alternatives, compare outcomes and save your preferred plans.
Every workshop is different. Here are the kinds of scheduling problems LiftOrbit is designed to help teams model and explore.
Multiple orders sharing a few machines? See their operations and resource demands in one plan.
Different products, changing priorities? Model the steps and compare possible schedules.
Switching formats or finishes takes time. Make those setup operations visible in your plan.
Waiting for raw materials? Include consumption, stock and deliveries in your scheduling model.
After the planned trial, continue with a simple paid subscription. We intend to offer monthly and annual billing; exact pricing will be published before launch.
Orders, machine settings and manufacturing processes are business information. Before self-service subscriptions launch, we will publish the details of access, retention, data export and cancellation.
Read the FAQThe current application protects planning pages behind login. We will document the access model before public release.
Privacy Policy and Terms will describe what is stored, how long it is kept and what happens when a plan expires.
We plan to define data export and project retention rules before enabling paid subscriptions. Details are not final yet.
Simple answers to the things growing production teams ask first.
No. LiftOrbit is designed as a self-service tool. The planned trial will let you register, set up your production and explore the core features without a sales call.
No. The application works in a web browser. You'll need an internet connection and an account.
Not necessarily. LiftOrbit focuses on production scheduling and resource planning. It can complement the tools you already use.
The planned subscription model gives you 30 days to evaluate the platform. After that, a paid subscription will be needed to keep planning. We intend to retain your projects and saved plans if you pause.
Yes. You can set up raw-material stock, deliveries, consumption requirements and machine setup rules, and include them when building a production plan.
The authenticated planner stores project data, but a complete public Privacy Policy, data retention rules and export conditions are being finalized. We will publish them before launching subscriptions.
This is the first website preview. The existing application has registration, but automated trial timing and paid subscription billing still need to be connected before a public self-service launch.
